The upload process is designed to be intuitive and easy to complete. However, if you prefer step-by-step instructions, please refer to the guide below.

Email

You should have received a similar email to the one on the left (or below on cell phones). The orange arrows highlight your Loan Doc Identification and the email address you provided. Please enter this information in the form under “Loan Doc Identification” and “Your Email Address” either by copying and pasting or typing it manually. 

Document Request

Click the orange “Click to Upload Document” or the orange “+”. A new screen will appear with a line that says “Document Requested” and an orange arrow pointing down. Click the arrow and select the document you want to upload. Then, click the orange “Choose File” link, which will open your computer’s file list. Select the file you wish to upload, click “Open,” and then click the blue “Done” button. 

Addtional Documents

Click the orange “Click to Upload Document” or the orange “+”. A new screen will appear with a line that says “Document Request.” Repeat this process until all the documents you wish to upload are completed. 

Click the submit Button


After uploading all your documents, make sure to click the submit button and wait for the confirmation screen. If you skip this final step, your documents will not be submitted.
